RGM Travel is a UK-based independent travel agency providing personalised holiday planning and expert support for every client. We act as a retail travel agent, arranging travel through ATOL-protected operators and trusted global suppliers. This means RGM Travel acts as an agent only — not as the direct service provider.

Our Role as an Agent

All travel services — including flights, hotels and transfers — are supplied by third-party providers. Your contract is with the specific supplier, not with RGM Travel. We will provide supplier terms before you book, and you must read and accept these before confirming any arrangements.

Travel Bookings & Accuracy

All bookings are made based on the information you provide. You must ensure that all passenger names match your passports exactly — errors may result in additional charges or cancellations. RGM Travel cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made during the enquiry process.

Financial Protection

Your travel arrangements include financial protection depending on the booking type. We will confirm the exact protection that applies when you book.

ATOL Protection

Covers flight-inclusive packages booked through ATOL-protected operators.

PTS Protection

Secures accommodation-only bookings through PTS-accredited providers.

Prices & Payments

Prices may change until payment is made in full. Deposit amounts and payment deadlines are determined by individual suppliers. All payments are processed through secure platforms — RGM Travel does not store your credit card details directly.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual suppliers and will be shared with you before you confirm your trip. While we will assist with communications, the final refund decision rests with the supplier — RGM Travel cannot override third-party terms.

Travel Disruptions & Force Majeure

External events such as severe weather, strikes, or civil unrest may disrupt your travel. While we cannot control these situations, we will provide reasonable assistance wherever possible. RGM Travel is not liable for costs arising from disruptions outside our control.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth trip, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information at the time of booking
  • Reviewing all travel documents promptly upon receipt
  • Ensuring your passport and any required visas are valid for travel
  • Checking entry requirements for your destination

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should cover medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and unexpected cancellations. Travelling without adequate insurance is done entirely at your own risk.

Liability

RGM Travel is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers. We do not accept responsibility for loss, injury, or damage arising from arrangements where we act as agent only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where English law prevents such exclusion.
